Both of these yarns are just gorgeous! I love seeing the difference between using woolen vs. worsted prep thick-and-thin. Congrats on making your pitch! So glad to hear you had a good time participating in the event. harpingJanet

When will you get results for the local "shark tank"? How exciting that you got up there and did that!

Sometime the end of June. There was a lot more to it than the 60 sec pitch. The application was extensive including a longer video pitch. The top 5 compete in a live competition where you pitch in front of a packed house. They sell tickets and the community gets to pick a People’s Choice award. If I can get to the top 5, I think I have a shot at that one! It gives the amount of money for the year $2,024.

What a beautiful batt. I haven't done art yarn in years. I guess you got me started again I have to go through my stash. 😊
    I love your yarns.

Thank you! My fave art yarn is spinning thick and thin. A close second is core spinning and 2-plying it. Glad you found me! Spin happy!😃

I seemed to have missed why you are going in directions that you chose to go? Seems backwards to me . What did I miss ? Love those yarns !!!

I plied with a commercial yarn that was plied in the S direction so I ran it through S to make the balanced yarn unbalanced. Then I spun the thick &thin single S so when I plied Z I get a balanced yarn.
