Cam, he doesn't hit 16 damage per hit, he hits 8 damage, the game just glitches out and combines then, just like with commando corn and scallywag imp. P.S. just pay attention next time you kill someone, you will see a 8 is always followed by a 16. Hope this helps, love ur vids!!!!

He doesn't hit 16 per slap, he hits 4 (5 with the damage upgrade), the 16s or 20s are the added numbers per 4 slaps
