This company is SO HELPFUL!!! I have ordered from this company before fast shipping as long as the items are in stock, even if it's out of stock still pretty quick only about 2-3 weeks!! Customer service is priceless!!! Thank You for the helpful videos!!🤘👍
Thank you SO MUCH! You have just saved me so much time and money! This is an amazingly well explained video and I can‘t express my level of gratitude 😭
I am taking a home sewing course. The instructor recommended using the zipper foot to easily sew the Roman blind tapes. It is “sew” easy. You make a clean line and, with the new invisible tapes, a very professional look for a complete beginner.
Hi there - 11 years later. I saw this advertised somewhere on TH-cam recently, however, it was for a high shank machine. I wanted to see it on a low shank machine. I think I have this, but not sure, but I know I want/need it....thanks for sharing.
Thank you soooo much for this! I just started sewing again after a few decades & have never dealt with a zipper. The gentleman at the sewing machine supply store explained what I needed to do but I got home & was completely lost. 👍🏽
How do you ensure a straight stitching line if you’re not right up against the zipper or pocket panel? Like I want to see it at an 1/8th inch for example but can’t see the grid bc the pocket panel is in the way?
@@SewingPartsOnline my brother machine is a se1900 and I have the babylock brilliant i will have to check them to find numbers if you still need them. I use my babylock the most it has more stitches on it.
Mine came with my machine, but it doesn't tighten right enough bc the lever to tighten it is in the way. Mine doesn't allow you to tighten the screw, the lever tightens it when raised and lowered. It's a kenmore 1941. It's old but i love this machine and i don't want to update. It has sentimental value.
My foot doesn't seem to fit my machine. Or rather, when it's installed, the needle doesn't go through the notches, but just misses the notches and hits the main foot instead. It's like 1mm off position. Is it possible to adjust the foot forward or back (not side to side with the orange wheel)?
+Sewing Parts Online sadly no,m. It was in a batch of, like 40 feet for £32 from Amazon. The box is all in Chinese, and I had to Google what all the feet were (which is how I found you). Cheap Chinese crap. Well, most of the other feet are fine, and I suppose I can just make do with a regular zipper foot...
Love your tutorials! Will this replace the concealed zipper foot? I just found out that the concealed zipper foot was discontinued already and i'm looking for an alternative.
My walking foot , my flower foot and my cutting side foot didn't toucth down , they stays higher than they suppos to be , I couldn't use any of them , if you can help me with that ? Thank you

finally a nice short explaination to use a zipper foot.Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@SewingPartsOnline yes! I did not find a short explanation in German. 😊. Greetings from Berlin.
I wish we had that option!
This is exactly what I was looking for as far as help on what this foot was for. Thank you for you help.
Thanks so much! Mild panic this evening when I didn’t think I had the right foot and then didn’t know how to attach it! All fine now 🥳

Thanks for posting a good quality video. I'm just learning and understanding the various uses of footers is very helpful.

I'm so glad it was helpful! They can be tricky!
Yay! Thank you so much now I know what that piece was for and now I can attempt my first zipper!
Hi again! I'll search around and see if I can find it somewhere.

Oh boy! No manual??? What's the make and model of your machine??
Awesome demo
Thank uuuuuuuu so mucho!
Brilliant video.....straight to the point, and not to much talking like some other videos.Merry Christmas! and thanks a million. : )
Does this adjustable zipper foot fit the babylock and brother machines?
Many! What's your model number and I'd be happy to double check?

I was wondering what the hell that foot was for! Thanks just received my first sewing machine, w/o a manual (yikes)! so learning step by step
Thank you so much!
You are very welcome!

So am i to assume that this adjustable zipper foot will allow me to get closer than a snap on zipper foot on a babylock machine?

Unfortunately you cannot adjust it forwards or backwards. What's the brand and model number of your machine?
+Sewing Parts Online it's an Empisal, model Celebrity 550. I don't think that's a well known brand?
+Sewing Parts Online it's the cheapest entry level sewing machine from what would be your equivalent of Walmart, I guess.
Do you know the part number of the zipper foot that you're trying to use? It looks like that machine should be a standard low shank.

Hi. May i ask what is the name of the foot?
I can't seem to figure it out, its says JC Penny model 7000, but I cant seem to find a manual for it online.

Hi, Ziad! Did you buy those feet from us? Also, what is the make and model of your sewing machine?
