Yeah the bullet trajectory is the nail in the coffin for Melly. A drive by shooting would’ve went horizontally through the car left to right or right to left. These bullets came from back to front. If he wanted to kill his 2 “friends” why would he do it like that and then try to say drive by. The spent shell in the rear driver plastic bag is probably the most crucial evidence rn. The only way for that spent shell to have fallen into that bag is if it were shot from behind the driver. My take is that the murder weapon was a glock and had to have been positioned at leg level and on left side (while seated obviously so that it's the least visible) and hidden from view. Shells eject to the right on glocks and it had to have bounced back at the shooter and into the bag. My guess is the rear passenger took the first killing shot then the passenger and they tried to clean all the shells but did not check the plastic bag. It could not have been the driver as they would need to hold the gun close to their face as well as at close to head level for the shell to eject into rear driver. Because logically think about it, aint no way a drive-by is happening and you fire just ONE round in retaliation. Not to mention if it WERE a drive-by, why would the shell end up in the victim's vehicle, where he sat too lol make it make sense.

Bullet casings of the same brand (Blazer) and caliber (.40 cal) found inside the vehicle. Were also found in the area where it’s said Melly shot at the vehicle from outside the car. That’s going to be hard to explain how shell casings ended up inside your vehicle during a drive-by. If a drive-by happened the way the outside bullet holes appear. The firearm’s ejection port would have been parallel to to vehicle. The shell casings would have most like been ejected into the vehicle that was shooting. For multiple shell casings to enter the victim’s vehicle would be extremely unlikely. Even if the firearm was held outside the vehicle during the shooting. That firearm would have had to have been inside the victim’s vehicle. A drive-by where vehicles were that close to each other would have likely collided and left damage to each like paint trading.
It could have been a drive-by where mellys car was shooting back, that would explain the shell casings inside of the car and it would explain why melly left, probably to take care of the guns, and it would also make sense because friendly fire in a shootout is some what common.

That means the DA lied and said a shell casing was found inside the car but really it was a projectile that probably ricocheted in the car, that proves the shots didn't come from inside the car, it came from outside the car. There were no shell casings or any evidence of a shooting where the drive-by was said to have occurred. Also, stippling was found inside the vehicle. This suggests the gun that shot the two victims was in very close proximity to them when fired. The victims would not have GSR on them if the gun that killed them was fired from another vehicle into their vehicle. Stippling and GSR comes from close range shots or contact wounds. Plus the medical examiner said the victims died from being shot in the head, but there were also post mortem gunshot wounds. This suggests that they were dead for a timeframe and then shot again. That’s just some of the states evidence against Melly.

Bullet casings of the same brand (Blazer) and caliber (.40 cal) found inside the vehicle. Were also found in the area where it’s said Melly shot at the vehicle from outside the car. That’s going to be hard to explain how shell casings ended up inside your vehicle during a drive-by. If a drive-by happened the way the outside bullet holes appear. The firearm’s ejection port would have been parallel to to vehicle. The shell casings would have most like been ejected into the vehicle that was shooting. For multiple shell casings to enter the victim’s vehicle would be extremely unlikely. Even if the firearm was held outside the vehicle during the shooting. That firearm would have had to have been inside the victim’s vehicle. A drive-by where vehicles were that close to each other would have likely collided and left damage to each like paint trading.
It could have been a drive-by where mellys car was shooting back, that would explain the shell casings inside of the car and it would explain why melly left, probably to take care of the guns, and it would also make sense because friendly fire in a shootout is some what common.

Also, the way the car is shot up, is from the right side, and they both were hit from the back/right side. This isn’t so hard to figure out, the boy is guilty.

That means the DA lied and said a shell casing was found inside the car but really it was a projectile that probably ricocheted in the car, that proves the shots didn't come from inside the car, it came from outside the car. Know the difference between shell casing and projectile. One is the front and ones the back 🤦🏾♂️

The state found .40 cal Blazer brand shell casings inside the vehicle. They also found the same caliber and brand of shell casings in the area where they say Melly shot into the vehicle from the outside. There were no shell casings or any evidence of a shooting where the drive-by was said to have occurred. Also, stippling was found inside the vehicle. This suggests the gun that shot the two victims was in very close proximity to them when fired. The victims would not have GSR on them if the gun that killed them was fired from another vehicle into their vehicle. Stippling and GSR comes from close range shots or contact wounds. Plus the medical examiner said the victims died from being shot in the head, but there were also post mortem gunshot wounds. This suggests that they were dead for a timeframe and then shot again. That’s just some of the states evidence against Melly.

However, since there is blood on the back seat and Melly's is clean, how did they do it without leaving marks??? some explanation must have... this crime was premeditated
What i fear most in cases like this is convicting an innocent person. I hope this case is given enough investigations so as the ones that actually did this are brought to justice.
