I noticed while drilling the bus windows, the bit grabbed the piece. FYI, when using forstner bits, you need to pull out to clear the chips on the bit when they stop coming out while drilling. when the chips don't clear the bit, the new chips have no where to go and pack the hole so tight the bit will grab the piece (creates excessive bit heat and it will loose its hardness also). I keep a small wood stick close to clear them without stopping the drill, just take the stick and rub the bit and that will knock the chips off the bit quickly and you can keep drilling without shutting off the drill. the smaller the bit the more they will clog. great video :>)
Russ Veinot thanks for the feedback! I did know that I have to clear the bit continuously, but I thought I was close to the end of the hole! Turns out I wasn't! Yes, the chips packed together and grabbed the piece. Thanks for the feedback

This time I'll use woodprix instructions to make it by myself.
I just love your project. On woodprix I've found great wood instructions to make it too :)
cool bus. if this for a child it would be better not to use nails.
Love your project. I made similar with WoodPrix instructions.
