Istanbul feels like a fairy tale to us. During our three-day stay in Kadikoy, my wife and I indulged in one of our favorite activities - taking a ferry ride along the Bosphorus. It's a magical experience that allows you to immerse yourself in the captivating atmosphere of this incredible city.
I am so thankful to you for making this vlog. I love going to turkey. I have been there 5 times and saw all those things so many times but still feel great and excited. Your videos are very detailed. God bless you! Thank you very much!

In the sixties I was completely in love with Istanbul. We were hippies staying in the Gulhane Oteli (disappeared) near the Blue Mosque. There were NO tourists! I walked back and forth on the old Galata Bridge, from Sultanahmed to Kadikoy and back. The old bridge was incredible, a chaos of busses, cars, vendors and pedestrians, crammed, barely moving, nobody cared, all the time in the world. Not much happening in Kadikoy back then, it looks really interesting now. Most beautiful are the paved streets and spaces, no cars. In 1966 all the cars were ancient and black, so were the buildings from the exhaust. They have all been cleaned. Thank you for this personal tour of a place you love so well, Davud. The Turkish people are so very wonderful and so are you. Thank You!
Thank you so much! That was very enjoyable and I really gained a deeper understanding of Turkey and Istanbul from watching. I guess there are two parts of Istanbul and I will have to look this up to fully understand where we went!! But I am so happy to have had this wonderful experience of the food, the ferry and the people!
