Glad you like it, Laura! Most of my early quilts had borders on all sides, but I like them so much better as an accent. Plus this is a fun pattern that can be personalized in so many ways. Be sure to give it a try! Happy Quilting, Lea Louise
Love this quilt! Can’t wait to make one but, I’ve been working on Christmas gifts right now. I’ve got lots of batiks so I hope I can put them together as well as you have. Thanks for the tutorial.
That's wonderful, Linda! You'll love how quickly this quilt goes together and what fun it is choosing which fabrics use! Enjoy and Happy Quilting, Lea Louise
You're welcome, Mary! This is a free pattern so please download the PDF. It's easy and a fun way to mix your favorite fabrics together. I appreciate you following along. Happy Quilting, Lea Louise
Is there a video that shows how you quilted this quilt? I am very new to quilting. I have not learned how to free quilt yet. I don’t think I’m ready for that yet. I’m looking fir some sort of straight line quilting this quilt I’ve made.
You're in luck, Lilly! Check out my 'Learn to Quilt' playlist and there are a couple different quilting techniques that are easily mastered. If you have a walking foot, I'd recommend using it. If not, practice on some small scrap pieces with batting tucked inside to try it out. I tear old sheets into 24" squares and use that when I'm practicing. It's reusable and then eventually disposable! Let me know if you have any questions. Happy Quilting, Lea Louise
Hi Patt, did you see the link below the description? If you still have trouble getting it, please send me an email and I can send you the pdf. Glad you liked the pattern! Thx for watching, Lea Louise
@@InspiredQuiltingbyLeaLouise Thank you so much! I didn't read the entire description so just flat out missed the pattern. I really appreciate your time helping me!
I have tried the link you listed below your "All Blocked In" tutorial. Unfortunately, a course for a Charm Quilt Class for $17 is what comes up with that link. Please let me know what I am doing wrong. I have signed up for the free class that goes with the Batik - All Blocked In Baby Quilt.😊
Thanks for requesting my pattern, Cinny! Please check you email inbox. Your pattern PDF link should be there. The charm quilt class is a current promotion on sale that I'm offering. Didn't mean to be confusing. If you don't see the pattern there please send me an email @ lealouise@inspiredquiltingbylealouise.com and let me know. I can send it to you directly. The links are no good. It gives you the run around unless you buy something, then you get a discount.... what?! You have to sign up, then you're redirected to purchase something over and over again. There is no link to any free pattern in the description. It's ridiculous. It's just endless advertising. This is my 2nd time chasing down a supposed link to a free pattern from this channel that only takes you to a place of endless advertising. I'm unsubscribing. The layout is simple enough to make this quilt without a pattern, I just don't appreciate all the hype and then the let down. And i dont mind paying for a pattern I really want, but the offer should be clear and the link valid. It's either free or it isn't. Just don't say it's free and then lead people through a maze of advertising only to never actually find a free pattern. There are enough quilters online offering actual free patterns without trying to get you to buy something before you get their "free" pattern.
I love how you put borders on just the two sides. This is gorgeous!

@@kschallert3569 I agree. I got the same run around. Deleting her website from my feed. Kind of disreputable actions for a "Christian" lady.
