Very powerful and empowering lecture, mashaa’Allah. The whole world needs to hear these grounding messages that are about dignifying the human being. You summed it all, brother.
ومن يولي عن ذكر الله، يجعل له حياته ضنكى: ضلال، نكد، وكبد.
In this immoral economy, there is no sense of community or family. Everyone is a slave to capitalism. No wonder there is no baraka in anything we do or earn.
Alhamdoulillah, the voice of truth is being heard and there are still people who are voicing the pure truth and reminding us of the main purpose of our existence in this temporary world.
May Allah bless you and reward CCM for these relevant and much needed reminders. I would really know more about the cooperative system to maintain sustainability for the whole humanity.

Adopting a financial system based on free market capitalism as instructed by the Holy Prophet pbuh, which should be riba free is the moral economy. Current financial system is based on Riba, including so called Islamic banking. May Allah guide us to the right path. Very informative lecture Shaikh, thank you.

      Hi / Salaam Alaikum.
Can you share the resources / lectures where it's mentioned or talked about free market capitalism as instructed by Prophet Muhammad S.A.W !
And yeah the current system is totally Haram and un-Islamic , people talk about staying away from Riba but they nor the most scholars talk about the root cause i.e the fiat currency, who and why it got introduced and what's recommended to use as money in Islam...

    • @raza.m
      @raza.m ปีที่แล้ว +2

I disagree with the capitalism observed these days as well whereas the word 'Free Market' used in the lecture by dear Shaikh, with capitalism concept gives perfect system what Islam and Prophet Mohammad pbuh thought us. Islam encourages us to work hard and earn decent wealth but then redistribute to poor through charity. Also, choose to live a humble lifestyle.

Growing up, most of us had seen fictional movies in which robots turned against humans and controlled most aspects of lives, economy and society.
The fears of Incredible Hulks taking over didn’t materialize; but the incredible midget, called iPhone, is starting to take control of our lives: interactions with friends and relatives, business transactions, information gathering and sharing, time traveling, and much more. AI and ChatGPT will complete the triangle of human enslavement by technology.

Sukur. Alhamdulillah from Zamboanga City, Philippines.
What a Baraka? Answered worries in just 3 days! Avin worried coz we might consume iftar buying from stores practicing Ganda Riba. I posed said question at our GC for graduates 1981 of Jolo, Sulu given a scenario of almost all stores having daily collectors of lending houses here. Prayers help. As a revert since 2005 and a hadja since 2007, I simply took the Qur'an and Hadith to guide me even in the midst of a corrupt world we're in. If saying I mind my own business helps, my heart longs that one day we shall increase in Dominion, as ALLAH SWT PROMISED in His Holy Book. Hope our Sulu Sultanate will rise again and challenge this establishment somehow. Cooperative not capitalism is the answer indeed. Ramadan Mubarak! Thank you for such a timing and all other contents avin monitoring from your channel. Hope also that we'll crash these disturbing chatgpt, AI algorithm in ALLAH 's own beautiful TIME with just mere ant' s behavior as cited in the Qur'an. - Jeanette

Very interesting, but it should have mentioned some additional points:
    1) The concept of empowerment rather than just charity.
    2) The idea of the service economy.
    3) The notion of professionalism in general.

Liberal idealism, romanticization of poverty, religious rationalization with high theological pretensions that never sets out to analyze the existing conditions of modern capitalism, which are barely 200 years old, never asking about mechanisms that systematically produce poverty and capital-based class rule. This is Islamic Prosperity Gospel

@butterflybeatles lend that which is "lendable" meaning that which you can spare and live without for some time, to empower your brothers and sisters.
Yes, you can partake in worldly trade with that resource but imagine the reward you will get from Allah? The best exchange is the one you conduct for the sake Allah.
There's Baraka in everything you do small or great for His sake.

He is not obliged to lend it, but if he does, he cannot be done for interest.
Still he can invest it in many ways, if he wishes to profit, sharing profit and loss, taking responsibilities, not just having his wealth automatically increase with no effort, risk, idea nor any benefit for the whole community.
