I make this and in many variations too - adding oats/millets/sprouts etc.
One suggestion. You may consider using its skin nd pulp instead of discarding. They are replete with nutrients too. Given they get ground and there will not be annnny difference in taste.

Great to hear from you..Yes you can use skin too. I usually make chutney from peel.

Yeah, that tastes great too. What i meant to say though was ಕಸ'ದಿಂದ' ರಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಬದಲು, 'ಕಸ'ವನ್ನೇ ತೆಗೀದೇ ಇರೋದು!😂😄 - this loosely translates what i meant to say: but yeah, I'm sure you got what i did - not adding extra work unless u want another side dish😊

I tried this lauki dosa today and loved the flavour. It is similar to Mangalore cucumber/ cucumber dosa we prepare at home except we don't add moong dal . Just rice coconut and either Mangalore cucumber or cucumber. This is really a great way to use lauki and it tasted good too. Thank you for sharing the recipe. I will share this with my mom as well.

@@bhusanur.cooking Good morning. As a matter of fact, I did make it last night. I feel it was a bit dense. Taste was fine, but a little dense. Any solutions please? Will be very grateful. Also kindly suggest what other vegetables can be used when we don't have lauki. Yday I used cucumber, but could not taste it. Thank you for all that you are doing. God bless you.😇
