A true one roll deco mesh wreath base with Maria from the Wreath Meshine

Learn how to make a one roll mesh wreath with Maria from The Wreath Meshine.
Wreath supplies needed for this project: 10" wide roll of mesh (can be purchased from Hobby Lobby, Michaels, online, etc); pipe cleaners (AKA chenille stems); hot glue, a glue glun, a 14" wreath frame (Dollar Tree) and PATIENCE lol
If you decide to finish the wreath, you will need some ribbon, possibly a sign and maybe some decorative pics or florals. You can take a look at thewreathmeshi... in the gallery for examples or to make a purchase. You can also purchase a wreath or other items at thewreathmeshi...

I used this method with a six inch ribbon because that’s all I had. My base came out ok, adding ribbons and butterflies made out mesh ribbon I was able to cover the base. Again I wanted to use my left over materials , I wish I had taken a picture before I gave it away.
I use 10" wide mesh in my tutorial but I'm sure you could experiment with other size mesh and see how it goes. Thanks for watching!

How WIDE is the mesh & where did you buy it, please. I’ve never made a mesh wreath before, but this tutorial made it look easy. I’ll go back to the start to see where the pipe cleaners are placed.

It's as close to the frame as you can get. Just poke the pipe cleaner through as shown in the video. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

Have you tried this technique with 6” mesh? I wonder how many more ruffles you would need to cover a 14” wreath. Maybe do two rows?

Are the pipe cleaners all tied on middle 3 rings and how many
I meant middle 2 rings
She did 12 altogether. 6 filled at wreath level, 6 brought up top and then filled.
The pipe cleaners are attached to the 2 middle rings and there are 12 total.
6" or 10" mesh and 27" long
I used 10" mesh in the video for coverage.
Where do you suggest one can get the mesh from? Other than Michael’s or JoAnns?
