bhaiya I have 3 offers- Infosys system engineer 3.6lpa, LTIMindtree GET 4lpa and Capgemini Analyst 4lpa, which one shall i join and why?

I am from 2025 batch ,i recently got my offer of employment on 24 Dec..within how many days can my traning start and while registering its asking my course tenure where i started my btech in dec 2021 (covid) and end on may 2025...But when tenure is selected,the software automatically picking dec 2021 to dec 2025..what should i do and selecting dec 2025 delay my onboarding?

They will remove you from project not from company! During training you’ll get salary

I'm from 2025 batch, got selected in ltimindtree, on 25th dec got offer letter, when would be the training program probably and I have uploaded my old aadhaar card with another mob.no..it will take some 2 weeks to get my new aadhaar with new mob.no...then if I again upload my new aadhaar..will this cause any issue during doc.verification...
Most probably your training program will be in April and your mobile number is not shown on adhaar card and mobile number never causes issue in doc verification.
For documents uploading ,can we upload mobile scanned or original pdf's from internet?

No they wont provide accommodation durung training not even on first day and joining bonus will be received on first month salary!

broo they keep changing the process of ignite program.
After HR round it may take upto month or two for offer letter.
Document verification will happen before onboarding.
They will onboard you after completion of your degree!

When your salary account is created at that time it is created that means during training period!

As i have also told you in my previous videos that it totally depends upon business requirement !
i want to ask while applying through the google form sent by LTIMindtree. There was mentioned in the elibility criteria that we should consider all the subjects marks and calculate 5 of 10th and 12th but i mistakenly filled best of 5 subjects % for both 10th and 12th and maybe some other mistakes might be there in form. So i want to ask whether this is a big issue or will it affect my job offer or it may get dumped due to this mistake? but my % in 10th and 12th whether it is all subjects % or best of 5 subjects % is higher than the required eligible % mentioned in eligibility. or if some discrepancy is there in form then whether the hr will contact to correct it or will tell my college to convey the message to correct the discrepancy?

I'm 2025 batch currently on my last semester.Complete my HR interview (i.e non engineering background) through on campus on 10th Nov and after 10days i got to know that I'm selected. So when shall I expect for offer letter? And for onboarding whether after completing my graduation or before that?
Offer letter may come within 1 -2 months and onboarding will happen after completion of your graduation!

You will most probably get bhuvneshwar or coimbator for the training and those who do engineering gets higher packages and definitely have advantages
