I have a favorite blue and white set at home. I feel happy just to look at it! And I love the thought that a "Briar Rose" dilemma (not enough golden plates for _all_ of the fairy godmothers) will not happen in _your_ home! 😉
This country has enough $ where no one should go hungry. If these politicians weren’t constantly giving Billions for war and every recession and depression the billionaires get richer however every person ought to also enjoy thrift shopping or Vintage/ Antiques shopping because it’s fun to make things beautiful and these items were made by the hands of men. They tell the history of others lives they make us feel better by entertaining others or inheriting your grandmothers dishes they all tell a story. Enjoy these things on earth and you still can help people in need and maybe the Corrupt government ought to quit stealing our money so that our people can eat and you still can collect One doesn’t exclude the other and collecting doesn’t make someone a thoughtless bad person.
