Going there in 2 weeks. Nervous as all get out. I keep hearing that no one would go back and they didn't feel safe
I haven't heard of anyone not feeling safe. I have been to Jamaica several times and always felt safe.

At Sandals everything is included except Scuba certification (I think it was $400), spa services, excursions or butler tips.

Yes it’s safe, especially if you are on an excursion.
