Man, I hear ya on the rear end. I did what any scratch building guy would... I made a rear axle and springs. Problem solved... 😁 Why don't you just take a rear end and springs from another kit and make them work? That was what I was going to do and then I decide I would made mine. Wait until you try to get the windshield and dash and door cards in. Wow! Tech Tip.. Take you windshield and glue it in place first with Modg Podge let it dry... Then fit and glue one of the door cards in place and let it dry, then slide the dash in place, Do NOT glue the dash yet! Then fit and glue the door card in place after that is all dry, align the dash with the bottom edge of the windshield and glue that with Modg Podge. There is two little spots that the dash hangs onto the door cards that you kinda align the dash to.. Another Pain... 😁 Hope this helps! LLAP 🖖

I hear ya on the rear end. Trailing arms and Its too wide. I may shorten mine to get the wheels tucked inside. See how that goes. Looking good so far 👍
Nice update Terry
Thanks Tim

Protec is great stuff and nice update Terry ❤
They are the best…
Great update Terry. Lots of fun remaking to do. LOL. Cool card, got mine from Tom today also. Ron
Hey Ron... thanks buddy for stopping by.
Good luck on the build, it's kicking my butt too! Maybe swap in a live axle rear and bring the trailing arms inside like a regular 3or4link.
I have wasted so much time on working with this frame.... i should have went the aftermarket route earlier.
Good video Terry thanks for sharing the issues you've had with this build. I'm still fighting with the way the truck sits.
Nice update Terry. These custom builds always sting you with unexpected problems to solve, and always when there is a time crunch.
Skip, got your card…thank you!!!! It’ll work itself out…thanks buddy…
My pleasure Terry, glad it got to you alright.
It's coming along Terry. The suspension is always an issue with me to man.
Its always a fight... 5 steps forward 10 back.

Nice update work looks great so far.
Thank you…
It's looking good.
Thanks Marcelo…
Looking good so far… push through you will figure it out… build on 👍
You'll have some work to do there. Good luck, I'm sure you'll do well!
Thank you sir...
I would cut the trailing arms off and move them inside the frame and reattach them to the rear axle brother. She's looking great!😊
If ya cut that trailing arm, the shock buckets would be tough to work with….believe me, I explored that idea…I think it’s a good one…
@TerryWilsonModels that's true, cool brother can't wait to see her done.
Try a 'C' Notch on the frame. Looks good so far however.
I explored that idea and I’d end up sourcing a new rear end for it….i think the printed frame will work the best for me…

Looking good so far 👍
Thanks Pat…it’s a nightmare that never ends….
@TerryWilsonModels not the best kit, that's for sure.
Merry Christmas 🎅
You too James…
Gotta love/hate the custom builds lol. But yours is lookin good
It might take me a while to figure this one out but I’ll get there. Thanks for the sub…
Thank you for the sub as well
