No shame in that. It gives me pride to take popular coffee drinks from 60-80g of carbs down to 10-20g with some careful balancing and testing at home. It doesn't come without blood sugar spikes, of course. So tread lightly. And if I can find sugar-free versions of any of these, I'll let you know, of course. Life is about options, and I hope that you all know that I'm here to share the joy I find in food. I don't like any of the Jordan skinny syrups buuuut then I decided to try their sugar free pistachio cause it's hard to find a sf version and surprisingly it's good. I found it at home goods
I know you made this a year ago, I found it by trying to find reviews on flavours because I want to try some!!!!! Monin has some great recipe ideas on their TH-cam, they reccomended using it to flavour green tea!!!! The passion fruit one would be amazing for that! They suggested hot lemonade too!
I bought a few (wild strawberries, peach, lavender, vanilla and cherry) I would love some cold drink ideas for them. I was thinking of using them in green tea to add some flavor.
I’m so glad we are finding each other! It’s been hard for me to accept the diagnosis sometimes because it doesn’t feel like anyone else is living with it.
@@TheHangryWoman the (first) doctor didn’t even want to to run bloodwork or listen to my symptoms. He said at the time that I was female, African American, and thick- and with my family history he automatically assumed I had prediabetes or full blown type 2. Told me to lose weight and not eat bad things. I left there feeling so small. Fast forward a couple years to a Doctor Who not only listened but referred me to an endocrinologist where I could finally get real answers. I have moved on to another endocrinologist since then but I am finally on the right track for managing this thing! I don’t think I will ever not have well-meaning family and friends advising me about what I should and should not do regarding a disease they know very little about, though! But it is all good!

Hey Mila! Great haul video! So from the Starbucks barista I know, the Pistachio Latte is topped with a solid salted brown butter topping - kind of like a seasoning - rather than a syrup. Hope this helps!
Looking forward to seeing the delicious combinations you create! So much fun! I would love to have a personal coffee bar at my house. I cannot keep the cats off the kitchen counter tops though. If I am not vigilant, the cats will drink out of my cup and the last thing I want is caffeinated felines!
Let us know how that sugar free one taste. I didn’t really like the monin sugar free better than the skinny ones even tho they have aftertaste they still tastes better in my opinion. Let us know your opinion

I will! I generally like the Monin ones a lot taste and aftertaste wise! I'll be making some recipes with sugar-free syrups.
