Hey Luna geckos I had a question I saw your male Turcmenicus on your website i need some more information about him I have heard of turcmenicus but I don’t know much about it
It's a species of gecko that is closely related to macularius. So much so, that it cross breeds with no issues and many breeders think it should be classified as a subspecies versus a separate species. Any way, here's some more info:
The Turkmenistan eyelid gecko or Turkmenian eyelid gecko (Eublepharis turcmenicus) is a ground-dwelling lizard native to Turkmenistan and northern Iran.[2] It inhabits rocky and stony foothills and slopes at elevations up to 1,000 m (3,300 ft) above sea level. It is oviparous, typically laying clutches of two eggs.[1] Mainly insectivorous, it may also eat smaller vertebrates. Like many other lizards has the ability to shed its tail (autotomy).

Hi Luna Geckos I have recently 1 year ago aquired a Leopard Gecko from an ex who can no longer look after him over the last two weeks he has stopped eating food put out for him but is eating the plastic decorative covering of his tank can you advise why he has stopped eating and if i need to take him to a vet?
