That's what happens when engineers design something. Sure it works to specifications but the steps to get there should be improved before sending the items to market. Oh well, at least we got to interact together 🤣
I'm unable to get mine to connect to the wifi network. After connecting my phone to the Washing machine's wifi and then entering my wifi details, I can't get the washing machine's wifi to become solid. My wifi's password is correct as I have disconnected and reconnected to it to confirm too. I guess I'll have to call customer service.
@@Healdyyya lot of trial and error unfortunately. I think I just waited until the next morning and tried the same procedure again and it luckily worked. However the app is a big disappointment. Apparently if you want to be able to remotely control the washing machine from the app, you need to select buttons on the washing machine in a certain sequence else you’ll just have read only access. I only really rely it on it to get a notification of when the washing cycle completes.
@@grrahul Do you get any extra programmes on the app? Although I've got a separate 'spin' programme my machine hasn't got a separate 'rinse' programme - only an 'extra rinse' add-on for other programmes
@@jvs57 Apologies for my late reply but I find the requirement to having to start the washing machine in a certain way to be able to control it through the app so onerous and pointless that I only use the app for status and notifications (when the wash cycle has completed). I don't use the app for controlling the washing machine itself.
Nah not this one. I hoped the same too when I bought it, but it's another model they make that has the light. But to be honest, the light might be good but probably more of a gimmick in the long run. Needing a light is far from my mind when I use this machine without one. I just turn my laundry light on instead 😀
