    Little fun pit stops is a GREAT way to view it. It can be frustrating, but revisions are always going to be another opportunity to fix what’s not working.

    I'm struggling with this a lot in my current novel outline! I have a lot of disparate elements I want to braid together, but after a certain point I'm unsure of the line of consequence that'll 1) progress the plot, and 2) tie all those elements in. It's very tricky! At least it's comforting to know this is a common enough problem that it's not insurmountable xD

    I do highly recommend at least watching the LOTR trilogy, because there are a lot of great narrative techniques used throughout. :)
