I'm a 62 y/o man and NOT ashamed to admit your duet of this song was the very first song to ever bring me to tears. I never knew this song even existed until I was on TH-cam and the short version appeared in the video I was watching. Both of you put so much energy and feeling into this song that my heart actually hurt. I just had to find the full version and get the total effect. My wife caught me getting so emotional and asked me what was wrong 😂? All I could do was point to your video 😂. Now this is my favorite song ❤️

@@cherry1311I have always loved music. I'm a retired welder who worked 30 years for the same company here in Texas. We were allowed to have a radio in the beginning but due to conflicts it was taken away. I came up with the idea of having MP3 players to help take our minds off the 100+ degree hot days and 30 degree cold winters. Whatever the temperature was outside, it was the same inside our building. I remember how bad I wanted to quit and just settle for making less money. That was when I thought about the power of music. I realized if I could hear "back to back" songs that I loved, it would help my day go by SO much faster. I searched and downloaded all my favorite songs from the 70's -90's. The magic of those songs was that each one came with a memory. A memory that could take me back in time and place me where I was, what I was doing, what I was seeing and hearing. All of those good memories were the magic of getting me through every day for 30 years ❤
I am quite a bit older then you and I too am crying. This duet was so beautifully sung it also touched my heart. As I am 43 years without my first love and I still miss him.

They undoubtedly sing very well, but I am in love with the voice of Luwis Cavaldi, the creator, his tone, his interpretation and where the tears came to my eyes was at a concert he gave and when he was performing the song he got a tick from Taurett syndrome that he suffers from when he was only 27 years old leaves him without a voice and with involuntary movements and the audience, a sea of people in response and to show solidarity with him, they sang it in his place, very very exciting

Great song about someone that does not have the intestinal fortitude to pull it together. Life can be hard, disappointing, and hurtful, but you soldier on. Everyone gets their heart ripped at some point in their life. These experiences can make you stronger and wiser, or you can just wallow in self pity. Good luck with that.
