By “more to that” I agree, not just 2 orderlies and some patients; my idea was that whatever the issue was, it tied into the whole town. I never believed any of this theory was intended by the creators of the game, but I’ve always preferred the Watsonian approach over the Doylist’s, in terms of theorizing.
Head canon: Strange Man was intended to be sort of like a G-Man type figure in Rockstar games, but they thought it was kinda gimmicky so they limited it to the RDR series.

These theories have made me change my perspective completely on Bully, I was so involved in the game that I never questioned why chapter 6 is endless. Bully has many references to religion, specifically the existence of a heaven and hell and in the middle, a purgatory, a maze of spirits lost forever. Jimmy Hopkins must’ve been a soul that died and traveled to purgatory and this whole game is a purgatory, and every character inside the game are the spirits that are lost in this purgatory. Please keep making content, this is top notch brotha!
The Jimmy died theory is kinds stupid. Think about it. The game never progresses when you dont do any missions. And there are no missions in chapter 6 excluding the side missions. You can keep it winter forever just by not doing any missions. Its just video game logic

Jimmy and Gary fall from into a glass building with no scars or bruises and from a fall that high you should expect someone to have some bruises. Also, how could Crabblesnitch hear everything if they were at the very top of the school
chapter 7 missions were epilogues like in gta 4 or rdr with Jimmy looking back at the game events and talking about the fast present and future of his life and the game or smth like that
They should have made clique leaders spawn in freeroam during chapter 6. Don't let them walk around before the game is over, that would interfere with story stuff, but they should be normal NPCs after the story is over.

That was the original ending to the movie Heathers, where JD was going to succeed in blowing up the high school and their version of heaven was going to be all the kids being united and getting along, which is what happens at the end of Bully, but I like the ending the movie went with too. It was still so intriguing that the TV show remake went with that ending though. Interesting theory still and it makes me wonder if anyone coming up with that theory was inspired by Heathers.

Sure Jimmy could have KO'd Gary since he won the boss fight. But Gary seems fine before the fall, heavily suggesting that it was the fall that made him unconscious and not the fight itself. Towards the end of the game all the cliques basically hates Jimmy and completely renounces him as the king of the school (which I've always assumed is because of his failure to stop the townies from sabotaging the cliques). Somehting that ive always seen as strange is the fact that everyone loves him again after the final mission. The explanation for this could be as suggested in the video, because Jimmy actually dies and wakes up in some form of an afterlife.

The graveyard mission could have been something else other than visiting a grave. Could be grave vandalism or a race mission or a dare mission. The whole tune of this game is satire and light raw comedy and I don't think rockstar would have planned any thing that serious for the game.

That was because when I rendered the video, it constantly froze at that specific part. Rendered 3 times, it'd always freeze at that one specific word. So I cut out an entire second and it fixed it. It's damn annoying.
I don't think Jimmy dies at the end, the reason Gary is laying there & Jimmy seems to be ok is because Jimmy just beat Gary up, just like when you beat anyone up they just lay on the ground for a substantial period of time! Also Gary gets expelled & I would imagine sent to the Asylum because let's be real he is crazy af! It would also make sense if in Chapter 7, Gary did die & you go around the places you most remember him by, last stop being the graveyard where he is buried! Where you meet Pete & you both leave flowers etc because if you stand by the church in the graveyard there's load of quote from inside but you never visit there in the game at all, so seems like it is cut content! I would love if game devs released information about cut content & what was originally planned because its quite fascinating how much change games actually go through!
Personally I like to believe jimmy and Gary both live and all that jazz yadayadayada, but I do like the theory that maybe it is just an endless purgatory and perhaps jimmy AND Gary died leaving the school in terror and distraught 🤷♂️
Also, it sort of makes sense rockstar would 'slip' this whole purgatory thing into the game for multiple reasons, one, it allows the game to end and still allow free roam to achieve 100 percent but it also adds that creepy dark vibe rockstar usually has on games but werent able to do with a T rated game involving children. Almost like someone giving u a nod without physically giving u a nod.. Its an interesting theory but unfortunately itll never be more than that of a theory. These are are mods I think he used: A reshade mod (which makes everything look a little red and darker) A texture mod (this one makes the textures look more realistic) And the machinima maker (basically a mod that he uses to move around the camera) Just add Bully to the things I have written and you should find it, but you can also ask for a link or something.

Could have been Nathan’s editing software not working properly, as he did mention in another comment that before 10:44 at 6:08, the audio cuts out and someone asked why did that happen. Nathan replied to that saying his software kept screwing up at that specific spot so he just cut that part out. The same thing could have been done here

That Purgatory theory sounds like it was thought up by someone who played the game a little too long after it was over.
Not related to the theories but I think maybe Jimmy just fell on top of Garry at the end. Breaking his fall and messing Garry up.

I don't think Jimmy dies at the end, the reason Gary is laying there & Jimmy seems to be ok is because Jimmy just beat Gary up, just like when you beat anyone up they just lay on the ground for a substantial period of time! Also Gary gets expelled & I would imagine sent to the Asylum because let's be real he is crazy af! It would also make sense if in Chapter 7, Gary did die & you go around the places you most remember him by, last stop being the graveyard where he is buried! Where you meet Pete & you both leave flowers etc because if you stand by the church in the graveyard there's load of quote from inside but you never visit there in the game at all, so seems like it is cut content! I would love if game devs released information about cut content & what was originally planned because its quite fascinating how much change games actually go through!
Personally I like to believe jimmy and Gary both live and all that jazz yadayadayada, but I do like the theory that maybe it is just an endless purgatory and perhaps jimmy AND Gary died leaving the school in terror and distraught 🤷♂️
Also, it sort of makes sense rockstar would 'slip' this whole purgatory thing into the game for multiple reasons, one, it allows the game to end and still allow free roam to achieve 100 percent but it also adds that creepy dark vibe rockstar usually has on games but werent able to do with a T rated game involving children. Almost like someone giving u a nod without physically giving u a nod.. Its an interesting theory but unfortunately itll never be more than that of a theory. Still wish they had scholarship edition on ps4 though.. BS i say.. ALSO, ive seen vids of people driving the go karts around the city?! Is this just on the scholarship edition or what? That seriously infuriated me cuz i never got that luxury.. I remember being blown away when i found out u could earn the mo-pad through the carnival.. Thankfully i found this one out without spoilers.. Ill never forget finding this out and just riding around with a smile on my face riding a scooter throughout the city

Does the strange man turn up in Grand Theft Auto IV or V? If not, it really supports the theory that Bully & RDR are connected universes, but not with GTA.
Bullworth is mentioned in both GTA San Andreas and GTA IV. I would assume Bully's story is canon with both universes since nothing in it contradicts either universe.

Could have been Nathan’s editing software not working properly, as he did mention in another comment that before 10:44 at 6:08, the audio cuts out and someone asked why did that happen. Nathan replied to that saying his software kept screwing up at that specific spot so he just cut that part out. The same thing could have been done here
