    In japanese cooking, daikon is used for pickles, salad, soups & simmered dishes. It becomes sweetly delicious when soaked in teriyaki sauce.
    Sweet & tender chicken, fresh aromatic ginger & tender texture daikon absorb the deliciousness of the teriyaki sauce.
