Earlier in the episode there was a poster on the wall behind the dumpster that said that LA water is 97 percent acid, and the bottled water Stolas had was branded LA water, that's why it burned the director. I have seen others miss this to and some of them even make weird theories like Stolas creating unholy water. But it's just a "LA water is bad" joke.
i just realized brennin ragers is a reference to the voice actor for blitzo, brandon rogers. i don't think you'd like his stuff, though his content is quite hillarious
