The director of this movie said, that the killer was played by different actors in different scenes, so the audience couldn't guess which of the characters was the actual killer by body language etc. and I think that's really cool
This might be my new favorite slasher movie. I'm also really glad someone FINALLY made a good decision in a horror film. As much as I love yelling "Why are these people so stupid?!" at the tv it's refreshing to see some people still have a brain.

I immediately noticed that the guy that played Zed was there and yelled "YO THATS THE ZOMBIES DUDE FROM DISNEY!! WHAT HE DOING HERE?!?" when me and my family were watching this😂
I worked retail for about 3 Black Fridays (2 at Old Navy and 1 at Target) and only ventured out for myself once. They way people ran into the Target when they doors opened was madness and I just so happened to have been over the Toy section, so good times... ugghhh

Fun fact Billy this movie is made off of a fake trailer that was playing in another movie called “Grindhouse” and in that original fake trailer, the cheerleader was jumping on the trampoline with her melons out, underwear off, and ended up with the knife up her 🐱 when doing the splits on the trampoline

I liked it, just like you I was suspicious of the cop when he was just laying in the street. When he was trying to “help” Jessica after she told him it’s Bobby I 100% locked in that Sheriff Newlon was the killer. I saw it in theaters twice and I enjoyed the comedy this movie had as well.

Don’t know if you’ve seen it but another great horror comedy film that I think you’d like is Freaky. It’s a horror take on Freaky Friday with Vince Vaughn and Kathrine Newton. They switch bodies and it’s just a fun movie to watch. Highly recommend!!!!!!
