Yes, there are penalties in the Pro Bowl. There are multiple penalties on the play. Penalty on the offense, the white guy giving him the business down there. Penalty of the everybody but the center because only the center was stretching the balls with us.

Yep. I think the refs were taking the K-balls out of the game (notice the sideline official wearing an orange K on his vest instead of an X) and throwing in one of the dozen footballs that the quarterback for the offense rubs down two hours before the game.
It reminds me how I deal with 2nd graders. "Hey, I need everyone to be quiet so I can give you instructions." Some kids keep talking. "Ok, if everyone can't be quiet, everyone is going to lose recess." All the kids being quiet start shouting for the other kids to stop talking.

There was one NFL game in the late 90s where the referee made his call something like "Holding on the defense, number 89. You can't do that!" It was always my dad's favorite call, and we would add that to at least one penalty every time we would watch games together.

It’s like in school when you need to define a word or a phrase in your own words, because that would show that you understand it.
