Outcome is next week. I was on my own and no doubt fell right into the trap. I cannot afford representation but if I could I would have contacted you. This system is so so so screwed up. £20k is what I estimate my ex has paid so far for my son not to see me for 600 days. I have no criminal history, never even been arrested. It's a total nightmare.
I am in the same boat as you, the judge dismissed a fact finding however i have a timeline to show this is nothing but alienation and a time line to show the 3rd party has been mentored by a corrupt solicitor. Phil, my question to you. Is can i report her solicitor to the SRA? In my eyes she has breached the guidelines with her behaviour, she has knowingly miss led the court and has failed to communicate with me as per instructions until the last minute, leaving me cornered.
