Good Show with balanced comments, but personally I am still not convinced about the current owners business model being right for Burnley, in both the short and long term.
The team we see against Rovers on Saturday will be unrecognisable! The writing was on the cards when Kompany left because those he signed were not here for Burnley, they were here for him. We all watch the same game yet the opinions are so different. Half a dozen of them are players on Saturday at Sunderland were simply not good enough. And without any disrespect given to Jay Rod, he shouldn't be anywhere near the starting 11. Oh well, let's see what happens this week.

Love the podcast, frequently found y’all echoing exactly how I felt last season, and maybe I’m just as ignorant of an American as Pace, but I wasn’t worried about any of these moves til I started listening this evening. Completely agree with Rich at the end, I like O’Shea but think we got a good deal on a guy who isn’t PL quality. Was disappointed to see Zaroury go, but it didn’t surprise me after last year. Gudmundsson leaving did surprise me, going that quick after re-signing could be a bad omen, but most of our departures have been from the wings or center back where we have far too many options, and we’ve spent money actually bringing in a true left back, bolstering the midfield with Hannibal, and getting some veteran leadership in the form of Worrall. Maybe a mass exodus is to come and I’ll look silly in a couple of days, but I’ll believe a bunch of Twitter rumors and armchair body language analysis as soon as any of it proves correct, and Foster coming on and playing today doesn’t do them any favors. Keep up the good work, hopefully the preview show finds y’all with reason for optimism and a good result comes along Saturday.

I'd happily put Koleosho on perennial litter picking around Gawthorpe if reports are true. Sickening that 19 yr old lad with 3 goals and less than 30 apps coming off an ACL injury thinks that he can dictate terms to the football club... This mess though all stems from the madness of last summer and the naiviety/foolishness (and greed) of the board.
Whilst terrified that we cannot bring in good enough players in the time remaining in this window, the only way ahead (which is much longer term) to get better comms out of the board is for the supporters to be represented at board level. I am struggling to believe in Parker - hate the way he cannot talk to camera - but there is nothing left but to out sing the scummers!

I can see us getting relegated at this rate. It's terrible. NO direction or communication. I would not blame Parker for Quitting; this can't be how they sold the job to him like this!! There need to be questions asked by the FA as to our ability to continue like this; what are the owners are doing with this club and the money?

I feel for Parker honestly, he claimed he wasn't backed at Fulham & Bournemouth, bet he came in thinking he had a brilliant team to work with, then he's got this mass-exodus happening. I just can't wait until the end of the window. All that will of developed a toxic environment where they're now all wanting out of, Pace for me has been thrown under the bus from Kompany and a consequence Parker and just had the rug pulled. I 100% lay the blame at Kompany's door no one else.
I support another team but always keep an eye out for burnley being relatively local, loved the old school vibe of dyches burnley and the fight they put up, this club has lost that and the board are incredible Niave to try run a club without understanding football culture from a fans perspective you can't run a club if you don't understand football! Kompamy changed the identity then left for greener pastures now you seem in limbo no identity and even worse no squad a full rebuild again isn't a quick thing to do with cohesion with players a system, I feel for parker and the work he has to do, it's run purley as a business and not from a passion perspective hope things are on the up but so much work to do. The reason the players want out is simple. Kompany signed them, and he lost the trust of all of them by shouting and putting them down every game last season and they got so hacked off with all of it, they want out, so they will join any team that shows any kind of interest. It was toxic last season that has now pushed into this season. And as an ex player, i can agree to a large extent. I was made to look stupid by my manager, i broke three ribs in a game and he forced me to stay on the pitch even though i could'nt even stand up. I stayed for the rest of season, then even though my team got a new boss, i wanted out. Parker has a big job to do, and pace needs to show he is willing to pump money into replacing what we lost, cause those lads would have bashed the championship this season

No the reason want out is because of Paces treatment of them , everything comes from the top .I just can't believe how he is getting away with this.
