like ive always seen again and again, time and time again in my other fandom, most claimed haters are like closeted fans lmao. They claim to hate but then would follow and jump at every post/tweet/any stuff that you make much like a fans would. albeit in a negative way. still it doesnt change the fact that they kept an eye on you obsessively that you can actually consider them as fans and make them seethe

Yeah Kobo is a literal ball of sunshine, no one can reasonably actually hate her for genuine reasons.
The thing is with haters is that they (to my experience) don't usually hate people for genuine reasons but some perceived slight against them.
e.g some guy leaving over a dozen negative comments on Calli's collab with Vesper. When someone asked what his actual problem with Calli was he said she did not retweet or reply to his art... so people being stupid enough to do the mental gymnastics to hate Kobo is not that unbelievable.
