Edit 2: I noticed that people brought up that it’s actually just Pekonglish and Moona is just very fluent in Pekonglish and all. I'd like to point out that while it's true, keep in mind that Kobo and Kaela understands her as well not just Moona, and if you watch her RUST Stream, she actually communicate with Gura and Mumei and both of them understand what she tried to convey.
Not to mention that now she was able to understand most of what the ID members said in English where most JP Members like Mio, Aqua or even Extreme Extroverts like Marine and Matsuri will just go blank at that moment.
Her English is indeed improving, granted that she still can't form a grammatically correct sentence, but compare to when she first met Moona her English is far more intelligible now. Back then only person who can understand what she said in English is Moona.
