Here in New Zealand it's 9°C at 6:30 am on Monday morning, I have an icicle forming out of each nostril, which I am sure I can use as chopsticks later on, however, PixelPaul uploads, I have my morning coffee, Monday morning ain;t gonna be so bad after all.

So it's interesting you say about taking a break as I traditionally for the last few years do a Dry June, no games for the whole month. It kind of works for me as cex and other places stock can start to look the same, so a month not looking helps as a bit of a refresh, and saves a bit of cash! I find it hard though, but worth it!
You got dome great games in Game BTW, I struggled to find any Switch games worth picking up!

Yeah the names being the wrong way around on the spines gets on me wick 🤣 Keep meaning to play Fallen Order but then again a few others you showed (Alien Isolation & AC Black Flag spring to mind) I've had for years and haven't given them a go either. One day! 🤷♂🤣

It's the time with a lot of these games isn't it, some just need so much time invested in them. I think that's why I've enjoyed Evil West recently as it was pretty straight forward, not too long, not too short. Not enough hours in the day.. thanks for watching mate!

I had high hopes for Man Eater but tried it on Games Pass and sadly was disappointed.. just didn't play as good as I thought it would 😕👍

No I font think they did, but could be wrong, 505 published Control I know that though. Not played (or heard of) Shark Cage? Is it a full game?

Not sure what it's called. But the shark demo I think I downloaded when I got the VR. So it's probably on the store. I'll have a look and let you know 👍
@@pixelpaul_pxp ok had a look. It's VR Worlds that has the shark cage. Unfortunately 25 quid on the store,ouch. I think it must have come with my VR pack. That sucks as it's really cool.

My nearest game that has these sales is about 4 hours away from where I live so I doubt I'll get any of these bargains. Plus I only collect ps1 and ps2 and I doubt they have them on the shelves these days.
Afraid the days of Game selling ps1 and 2 games are long gone now (a particular bug bear of mine as I can't see why they've never tried to jump into that retro market and take cex on) Thanks for watching mate!
@@pixelpaul_pxp I subbed too. Yeah it's crazy they chose the toy route instead of retro games. But I guess the bosses only think of they're bonuses. I feel it won't be long till game cease to exist tbh. They're prices aint exactly tempting, apart from the preowned deal.

Yeah, the writing is on the wall for Game, pre owned was one of the only draws into stores for the savvy gamers, I just can't see them lasting all that much longer just relying on the more casual gamers buying full price new releases..
The game shop you visit, lees games? Do they have a website? I can't seem to find it if they do. I'm not a user of fb or insta. I saw they had tons of ps1 stuff in one of your previous vids, im interested in seeing what they have and chucking plenty of money at em.

@@pixelpaul_pxp I live at the far end of Cornwall (near St ives) and getting that far up north is a real pain. I'm collecting ps1 games to complete the set currently and down here there's only 2 game shops that ain't cex. Always prefer to support small independent retailers, but my 2 places don't have anything I haven't already got now. What are the prices like in that shop?
@AnotherNormalYorkshireman oh OK, so yeah, you are really far from anywhere really, collecting must be really difficult!
Price wise they are a little higher than cex but fair, it's an indie seller so I always think I'm prepared to pay a little more to help keep things going, not that it needs my help lol, they are are celebrating 30 years of reading this week!
@pixelpaul_pxp yeah collecting aint easy down this way. My main sources lately have been car boot sales, vinted and cex. I miss the indy shops. I don't mind paying up to support small businesses.
