As a 9️⃣ year breast cancer survivor stage 2 myself I was diagnosed during my first mammogram, and it was in millimeters no way for me to know. No family history and no personal prior health issues. I understand about life moving in a fast pace. At times it still feels like it’s moving at a fast pace even after these years. 😞 😢about your dad being dismissed. I have heard a lot of my friends who I have meant through cancer support groups who were also dismissed as well. My ❤ to you and your family. When I was married I moved around a lot. I understand how moving around can be a 🎢.

I just lost my husband 3 weeks ago he was 38 he passed away on my birthday. Nothing can prepare you for God’s plan I’m hurting so much but I know I need to accept it and you Dulce will have to accept it too whatever God will decide. You can be optimistic as much as you can but loosing a loved one is the thing that you will never be able to recover from it fully, you’ll have learn to live with it. One day at a time. Trust God 🙏🏻
I went through this with my mom since I was 17 yrs old til I was 24 yrs old. She was a fighter and put up a good fight! Even though she fought so hard to stay here, her body couldn't keep up with her fighting spirit and shut down. God called her home. I also haven't dealt with death until recently besides one grandparent when I was young. I was so fortunate to not be touched by grief as a youngster but dealing with it now has been trouble some and I'm realizing the true meaning of life and death. We have been to 3 different hospitals here and all of them dismissed him saying that what he had was just muscle pain. Until one day, I fought with one of the doctor and insisted of having cancer marker. Annnddd true enough...its already in the advance stage, stage 4 😭 I was devastated. My whole world crushed. While waiting for treatment, he passed away after he had sudden stroke. Lung cancer had higher changes of stroke which we didnt know. In just 1 month after diagnosis..ive lost my 1st hero....😢😢😢

I totally feel you having a sick parent is so heart breaking I grew up since I was 10 with my mom having kidney issues she got a kidney transplant when I was 14 I’m 30 now and a few months ago her kidney transplant died and she’s back in dialysis it’s been so hard for me to see the struggles and pain my mom deals with every day she’s about 90 pounds right now and she is very strong mentally and optimistic but it’s a hard place to be as a child and also seeing the struggles of my 70 year old dad taking care of my mom oh dulce i seriously cried with you

My sister would say and complain about he headaches and symptoms for MONTHS. Dr said she was young and just a headaches and stress. Months later she couldn’t tolerate the pain and went to the ER- ended up being stage 3 min Hodgkin lymphoma. She passed 8 months later. She was 19 😢. She just hit her 10 yr anniversary on March 10 2024 :(

This reminded me of how I felt when I found out and I went through all of the stages of grief that I've never had to really go through in my life because death and funerals weren't a thing for me growing up either. Give it to god and keep your faith going anything is possible 💜 I believe also having guidance and healing through therapy has been so helpful for me and I didn't seek that for myself until a year after my father passed and I ended up sick from all the grief and denial I didn't process.
