I prefer stories like this were the message is, "You can get used to anything" or more optimistically, "There is beauty to be found anywhere" rather than, "Our way is wrong and there's is right." Still, well written and beautifully read.
Bioships and body horror go hand in hand. I can totally understand our furry alien guy here - I will again live in the inside of another liveform. Once is enough!
Such a cool story, and I love the idea of meatware being the most common form of tech! Your rendition was very nice to listen to and I hope you consider reading more of this universe if there is any!
Poor guy got too used to the human ship, haha. I think this is one of my favorite stories when I read it, you do it justice with the narration you've made in this vid. Again, this poor, poor guy. Lmfao. If you get used to the luxury stuff you just can't get back to what you used to have, huh?
@@BirbletonVA Would really love to hear your narration of Through the Eye of the Needle'. I know its old, and Lance Reddick has narrated it in a DUST podcast, but your narration I think, would make it even greater. (www.reddit.com/r/HFY/comments/dv1p5q/through_the_eye_of_the_needle/)
ok. Ive no doubt youre using real voices. IF you are using AI voice, youve fooled me. But nah. Youre clearly from the UK. the accent. Youre not US, Youre not Aussie or Kiwi, That is a UK accent. Mum, Buubly, certain words pronounced as only UK accent does. Its great, Youre an awesome narrator. Thanks for reading us the SciFi.

Part 2 or else
@@krzysztowbzymek8003 I'm afraid not at this time. I mostly just wanted to explore (from an ailen perspective) what made human ships 'alive'
The Queen's English accent is perfect for this story about a alien dignitary.
Haha thank you
The machine is immortal, the flesh is weak
Poor K'ritt K'rell ... like a lot of Ambassadors, he's gone native! 😂
I love stories told from the alien perspective, they give us a neat outside-looking-in view of own way of life.

The only thing I have to say about your content is that your voice is incredible.

its like a hot fresh dinner roll with butter all over it, stuffed with mashed potatoes and peas with brown gravy.
Very well done.

Great channel! Much better than the ai voice low effort videos that are taking over TH-cam. Appreciate the work!
