yeah i was all set to get one of the sidesaddles until both the local dealer and one of langdon's customer service people told me they were fixed and i was like wtf i watched him detach a carrier why did they get rid of that setup? the only response i got was that there were always fixed mounts... so i decided against that option and was all set to go the card route with the velcro n such... glad i came across a video reviewing the Aridus fore end conversion for the magpul where they also listed the q-dc i was like i knew i had seen such a rig! so yeah once i can i am going to be getting this setup. probably not needed for a home defense shotgun/range plinker but if i ever do classes or shtf i want a reliable system and velcro(with pets) fails and elastic dies... spring steel ooooooh yeah!
Purchased a beretta 1301 with one of these on it. I absolutely hate it, and Iv been trying to figure out how to get it off and replace it with Velcro 😅
I honestly hate talking up my own stuff because it's going to seem biased no matter what, but since I was designing the Q-DC from the ground up anyway, it gave a great opportunity to do something completely new with the retention system. Early on, everyone asked what I was going to use, but I've seen everything else have issues, particularly long term and in different environments (for example, the level of retention of rubber tubes is WAY different whether your shooting in 15 degrees vs 90 degrees). The springs solve just about every retention issue I've seen.
You don't believe in your maple drizzled God Emperor Justin Trudeau Castro, turning tinder twigs into gold, by touch? I don't know if that triggers Canadian Hate Speech law's but with quality gun components; I wouldn't compromise even if it costs more money. Just put a mason jar on your kitchen counter and put some pocket money in it every day. In California, we have crappy gun laws and taxed out the aft. So since we have an artificial anti-gun and anti-commerce limited market, most Californians prefer to buy high shelf accessories. I always buy the best I can like when it comes to 1911 magazines.
Will this fit on a shockwave?
Langdon tactical is no longer installing these on they’re 1301 they went with gg&g

I can't hear what your saying due to the drive-by shooting taking place in the background 😅

Why do you "hate it"?
OK, you've got my attention.
