Duration of Androgen Deprivation Therapy in Prostate Cancer

Thanks for this. It helps me understand my doctors treatment recommendation. I'm 4+3=7 Gleason with a large tumor - nearly entire gland. One question, should the availability of PSMA PET scans affect the decision making regarding use of hormone treatment added to radiation for unfavorable intermediate risk disease?
