    I love these kind of stories. Of course not because of the illness but how other people find strength. I like how Theo wanted to make it to the drivers license

      Unusual for prostate cancer to spread to brain and lungs…

    Thank you for sharing your personal journey with prostate cancer. I have had prostate issues for years. This became secondary when in March of 2022 I was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia). I have had a bone marrow transplant and right now i am in remission. The worst part is that there is only a 20% survival rate from date of diagnosis to five years. Thanks again for sharing!

    hope your doing well just diagnosed here and a mess thinking of going to clevleand clinic im 3 hours away but not sure if its the best place to go. I;m sorry you went through this maybe it could have been better if that dang dr. made you do more in beginning what a shame. this world is nuts, and I hate putting my hands into someone elses control but we have no choice. Scared and deciding which way I am going to go, your story was very important for me and others to hear thank you for that and be well for many years to come!

    God bless you my brother, I'm about to get a prostate biopsy at the age of 52 in a recent PSA of 6.3 I had a clear MRI but I don't think that really means much since they still want to do the biopsy I have a 42 cc prostate am I a prostate flares up now and again so I'm just hesitant and very worried about this biopsy and what it will reveal but in the end I guess we all have to go at some time or another

      How everything came back? My prostate Cancer journey has been long, surgery, radiation, medication side effects, but it’s worth it all the sacrifices brother, I’m remission now, still dealing with all that, but I will be here to see my grandkids, I wish the best luck for you and all the men that are going through this, we will ok , but we have to do our part brother, blessings 🙏

    Did you have to deal with urinary incontinence and if yes… for how long and how bad was it?

    Didn't he say that his PSA was in the 60 to 70 range? Or was it 14, up from 12?
    Bit confused about that part.

      What he said is very unclear, he says 14 then 60 - 70, then 14. It makes no sense.

    So he didn’t do hormone treatment despite metastasis. Did I understand this right?

  • @dappa311
    @dappa311 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    From what I am understanding, if he stopped taking the hormone treatment for the metastasis, then I can only assume he is accepting his fate with a smile.

    Why did you have a biopsy in 2003 if you didn't have any symptoms?
