    -4 eggs
    -In egg yolk
    (3 tbsp sugar, pinch salt, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 3 tbsp milk)
    85g or 11tbsp cake flour/all purpose flour
    -In egg white
    (4 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp lime juice)
    -bake at 300F/150C for 15 minutes

    Sorry could you share any better technic to beat egg white until creamy? I tied mang times but it not become creamy. And one more thing on my Microwave temperature it put "W" not "F" or "C" so i should put up to how many temperatures? Thank you for ur feedback

      When I have time, I will try to show that technic. Make sure you beat egg white until it becomes stiff peak, which means creamy and will not fall down when you hold it up. This will need to bake in Oven, not microwave and C is 150c. I hope u get success next time.

    I followed all your step but mind didn’t turn out like yours .300 F for 15 min not cook the cake .Maybe cox I used different flour. I couldn’t find the cake flour like you showed here. But I will give it another try .Thank you for showing us .

      Preheat your oven may help or cook abit more until toothpick comes out clean. This is temperature n time is for cupcakes, not a big pan cake. You can use all purpose flour but the texture of the cupcake wont be as soft as cake flour so cake flour is recommended. I hope this helps. You’re welcome n I am happy you give my recipe a try.
