Henry is and has always been fighter who has been overlooked by NZC time and again because of southee and bolt and they often went with Wagner for variation! Henry is probably one of the best seam bowlers out there in the current lot along with shami from India, the sad part is a lot of times Henry gets to play when the pitches are not seamer friendly

But now it has also been influenced by money and politics and the Sri Lankan team is in a very weak position as a cricket team. Even if the players show very poor batting and bowling, putting them in the national team is unfair as well as losing the opportunity of other players. I still remember how Mahela and Sanga set a world record by building a partnership of 624 runs against the South African team in 2006. Therefore, when we see how the other players who are used to the pattern of T20 matches are scoring in the Test field, it is very sad that our players are not among the talents like that. But even if there are talented players nowadays, it is unpleasant to see how the entire game is lost due to the incompetence or lack of attention of a few. In order to create a balanced team like in the past, the Sri Lanka Cricket Counsel and the Selection Committee must be independent and all the players must play only thinking about the country's pride. But it is only a dream for us Sri Lankans.
