Lovely to see you all again. New home looks fab. Moving is so stressful so no wonder you disappeared for a bit. We had no chain either and didn't get keys till about 4pm last time we moved, but the time before that it was nearly 8pm at night before we were finally given them. Super tiring and stressful. House looks really nice though so it is totally worth it for your extra space for growing kids.
