The white painted ceilings in the principle home uplift the space and bring in welcome light. Beautiful! I would also paint the upstairs office ceiling to have continuity and uplift that space as well. Amazing property at an amazing price.

A lovely compound for extended family to to enjoy. The smaller building could be covered into a gym and spa and a pool would be ideal to make it a place you would never want to leave.

This was clearly done by an Interior Designer that has studied the history of furniture! Danillo, this is the one that would be perfect , for me anyway, if I were able, and had the money in cash. (Hard to buy in Italy when from the U.S.) It would be a little over the amoount you have below but still certainly wold be getting alot for this price I feel. The furniture included truly makes it very enticing. The fact that the architecture is so sturdy and well done and the location and views are stunning just adds so much more to it all. Think the two other cottages at the Villa wold be so nice for one being Bed And breadkfast or guest house, and the other one perhaps a young couple could work at the Villa helpiing out in various ways, and they would get to eat and live ther , fr free when they work and help out. ? It is being done in France now nd maybe iin Italy too? Would be great to have help espcially when running a Bed and Breakfast. I think the right couple would come along when the time is rght? I will not say much as it wil be too long, but it is lovely and someone wil do very well wwhwen they decided to purchase this lovely Villa with two guest houses. Thank you Danillo! You never dissapoint.
