LOVE hearing that beautiful bird flying overhead!!!!!!!!!!! Such an awesome sound! I live in the Highlands above Renton field and hear this plane flying, love going out and catching a glimpse... would love a ride..............
A couple of videos done with the best existing example of a Douglas A-26 Invader conversion, an On Mark Marketeer registered N7079G named " Sexy Sue ", owned and operated by Peter Hambling up in the Seattle Washington area . . .
I'm very happy to see an A-26 that is not just another warbird. This airplane is very special and a rare glimpse back to the 1960's and 70's. While I'm certain some people would convert this back to WW-II stock, I wouldn't change a thing. This must be much more fun to fly and more enjoyable than any warbird.
Wow...why didn't you name the video, " Bridges and Golf Courses from an old Plane"? You take a flight in a Douglas A26 Invader...and you have a camera...and you end up with film footage of the ground! No Gear retracting or close up Flaps retracting! It amazes me!
Because it was exactly what my title stated. We took off in an A26. I’m not a plane nut, therefore I wasn’t focused on the mechanicals of the plane and instead focused on a beautiful day in the NW with my work crew. I personally had never flown on a plane that stuck low to the ground for such a large portion of the flight and was pointing out locations to a coworker who isn’t from here. I’m sorry that I didn’t film a video specifically for you, you should have told me exactly what to do so I could make the experience enjoyable for you and skip what I wanted to see. We were doing so well on comments on this video, I thought, “Hey, people are being cool for once on a TH-cam video and not talking down to me.” I suppose that only lasts so long with the internet. Have a good one.

Awesome share, Robert! Thanks!
beautiful and the noise ... I want
Damn is that a 1950s attack strike plane or a luxury turbo commander?
Wish I could afford $1,000 an hour to fly one.
