FireTek is totally on my wishlist. Looks like such an awesome system

I've been quite pleased with the system. There should be a new website coming out this year and there is more information on a YT channel: th-cam.com/channels/h6jm-AKXqJw28HLH8FmiBw.html
      and FB user group: facebook.com/groups/1581649428806010

Awesome! I loved the way you filmed this. Now I’m interested in that system. Looks nice!

Yeah, the video make me chuckle a bit, knowing that I kind of just threw it together - especially with the music I found. I was quite pleased the mines worked and I do like my fireTEK system.

    Nice.
If you want another test I've got about 50 gallons that need to go up.

It shouldn't be difficult to find ways to get rid of fuel these days.
I luckily paid nothing for the fuel used in the video, either. I'm still going through ~ 30 gallons of "expired" av gas a friend didn't want to use in his plane.

what size pipe and lift charge in grams?

I'd recommend looking at some clubs or online resources for the specifics. I found skylighter to be very helpful and took some courses with some clubs and at PGI. These are 4" diameter mortars.

@@ignite9550 I figured it out thanks for the reply. Used a 4'' on two different shows for the 4th. Worked great im already looking to get some 6'' and bigger for next year haha

Playing with fire eh!? LOL... fun little video! You could always do testing to see if an "egg" will last all day submerged in fuel and still fire. I know Corbett has said you don't want to do it, but hey, got some free gas so you could always make some smaller charges. You going to PGI by chance?

I actually put in just enough water to cover "the egg". Unsure if I'll make PGI this year - we have conflicting schedules this summer.

great fireball! did you add any chemicals to the BP charge?

Just a pinch of Ti for some sparks, but probably not necessary.

Where do you purchase your firtek gear from? I have a couple flame shooters on the way for a one off art car project and went to their website, found the "basic" module and was interested, then found out that is an "old" site with a new one not working yet and email correspondence stating now much much higher prices than reflected on their "old" site with the only ordering option being direct payment via paypal through email, which honestly sketches me out a bit.

Hi Jeremy. I know fireTEK is working on setting up a new website. In the meantime I would recommend the following:
      Contacting them at office@ftek.eu
Checking out the FB user page: facebook.com/groups/1581649428806010
and the main FB product page: facebook.com/firetekfiringsystem (you could message to them directly)
IF none of that works, let me know. Hope to see you on the FB user page, there are a lot of good people there.

I think most people will miss the most amazing part of this video and wasn’t the fireball. It was he did everything with one hand including hooking up the MJGs ... No one can do that
When you have a moment can you PM me on PT. Thks

I don't know that I had ever tried connecting them with one hand before - but it worked out.... OK. Wouldn't have wanted to do the whole rail - LOL. Thanks for the comment.
