I was just at Columbus goodwill bins yesterday and it was still $1.99/lb. I don’t go to the bins too often but the last couple weeks I’ve gone to try and get my average cost of goods down. I’m not one who stays all day but I will stay a few hours. It must’ve been when I went to the restroom but someone stole most of my good items as well as my two ikea bags! They were in the cart and at first I didn’t notice because they left all my bread and butter items. I was so bummed when I realized. I wasn’t even that mad, just sad that there are people like this. That was last week. And yesterday when I was there I heard a couple people talking about their items getting stolen the day before so it must be happening a lot right now. Sad.
I went a few weeks ago and someone stole my whole cart! Lol. I had just gotten there and only had one item but I parked it to the side when a new rotation came out and when I went back, it was gone. Thankfully I looked at the number on the end so I was able to find it and get it back- funniest part, they still had my one item I had so I got that back too! lol. That location has gotten wild
Thanks so much for sharing your finds with us. You are inspiring me to get back in the eBay game after being out for almost a decade. I miss it a lot, I used to have so much fun but the thrift stores here are not great (very expensive) and the Goodwill bin location is always filled with junk.
This is the bins I frequent, I use to travel to the one in Flint, MI (equal drive either way for me!)- its alot more low key in Marion, the one in Flint reseller show up daily when they open like a job and they are ruthless there 😬
I've been there, and someone did take something out of my cart when I wasn't paying attention. I had 3 baseball mitts and when I went to check out the best one was missing. Oh, well. I learned to keep my cart closer and keep a better eye on it. Other than that, I found the workers and the shoppers to be very nice , I have never been to the Columbus bins, so I can't compare them. I won't go to this one very often, but hopefully I'll see you there someday.
Great finds! I just found a Baird McNutt suit jacket with matching vest. I priced it high hoping for the best. Hopefully, it will end up in my next What Sold video :)
Vintage Letterman jackets are kind of a thing right now. I decided to sell wine put it up for 50 and it sold for 35. To a high school girl who is so excited, Vintage Letterman jackets are kind of a thing right now. I decided to sell mine, put it up for 50 and it sold for 35. To a high school girl who is so excited. It’s perfect colors and fit her well. The colors were her school colors and fit her perfectly
Please put on your gloves...even though it's supposed to be clothes to not gets cuts...mine have random sharps...says wears gloves digging in bins and not responsible
Burning gas and time to dig through trash! Don't forget to tally your true time sourcing, commuting and cleaning!!! Truth is that you'll be lucky to clear $15/hr months down the road.
@@user-rk7it2dw8t I know how much he sells on Ebay. He lies about only working 20-25 hrs per week, in an effort to make the job and his videos more appealing. He likely works at least twice that much after sourcing, cleaning, price research, pictures, listing, offers, questions, packaging, shipping, etc. Don't forget about the time to acquire packing materials, manage his Ebay store/bogus 50% off sales, inventory, taxes. Simply put, the job is nowhere near as easy as youtubers portray. Speaking logically, why would they be on TH-cam, giving away trade secrets, if the job was so lucrative?
I think something that people forget is that most of us that do this for a living love it! If you love what you do it’s not really work. My father in law used to say the same thing about tallying my time sourcing. But my time is irrelevant when I’m actually enjoying my work. 🤷♀️ Food for thought.
That is not hilarious when you take the time to dig through those bins and somebody just start going through your shopping cart taking items out. You know that is some peoples only means of income. NOT FUNNY AT ALL. I MEAN HILARIOUS. 😠😠😠
Sad we missed you! We love the staff in Marion ❤️
The employees here are amazing! We love them all and appreciate all their hard work!
This is the bins I shop at. Usually a couple of times a week. So far they have been great!
Love watching you, your kids are really growing! Luck at the Bins..
Good timing on the Paris St Germain shirt...with the Summer Olympics around the corner 👍

We've only visited this location once but we liked it!

Was at Brice Road last weekend. 1.99
I love it there, yes the employees are awesome 😎
Oh man I missed you at the Marion bins
Interesting new spot 😊
Good video, keep it up.
So random you found that varsity jacket, I graduated from Highland.
I put a huge shopping bag in my cart and squirrel things away in there while I am shopping so no one can see what I have nor bothers my cart.
Do you like the bins or the stores better? I’m not a fan of digging so not sure I would like them.
You washed the leather Nikes in the washing machine? Also, what size are the red Clarks?
I wash leather Nikes in the wash but don’t dry them.
That’s my bins location 😅
How do you wash leather sneakers ?
Do you ever pick up art glass or pottery?
Do you put a bunch of shoes in the washer at one time?
i was at lancaster recently and dont like it much
Brice still 1.89 as of Thursday

He has videos breaking down what he makes and you'd be surprised how much he makes.
