      Thank you Keith!
Aubrey de Grey was a very gracious guest, I enjoyed our lively conversation.
Most longevity themed podcasts are structured as question-and-answer between a host and expert.
This interview felt different I think created truly novel content for the listener.
It was more like a cross between an engaging lively debate/discussion between colleagues, and a fireside chat between friends.
This made for going *deeper* into the science and controversy, and also made it a lot of fun!
I think some of my favorite parts of this 4-part series were the segments included:
      1) Deep dives probing Aubrey's paradigm and rationale for his Longevity Escape Velocity framework and conceptual basis for timetables & prediction.
      2) Our discussions of controversies over how we can responsibly yet enthusiastically (optimally) relate the *value* of longevity science to the public.
These were most heavily featured in parts 2 & 3 of the series, but I think every segment offered a unique and helpful contribution to the overall series experience.
So buckle your seatbelt, and spread words with fiends, the Agingdoc Podcast is just getting started!
