Are you guys familiar with Tampa Jay? He is one of my favorite You Tube vloggers. He just uploaded a video where he visited the Trop, as well as Steinbrenner Field. He spoke very touchingly regarding the past, present, and future of the franchise.
Would post a link to it, but I am not sure if You Tube allows it. If you just type in Tampa Jay, it should come up. Would be great if you could interview him in a future podcast.

    Good stuff, guys!
I can see some of those guys maybe getting picked up by Miami, but if they had any real trade value, they would've been moved.
I agree w your Carlson non-tender and could definitely see Poche and Cleavinger getting T²
I'm not sure how many roster spots we have available, but we rarely select anyone in the Rule 5 draft anyway

Will probably feel differently about it when spring training begins. But right now it is difficult to concentrate on the team on the field with all the stadium issues going on.😐

I feel the same way, it's difficult to get excited for your team when it may no longer be here in a couple years

Unfortunately, I watched 4hrs of meeting, painful. The problem is the way these deals are legally structured and all the hoops that need to be jumped through even after they voted for it and announced baseball is here to stay, the stadium renderings, they kissed the babies, maybe had a parade. The structure of this deal was doomed from the beginning and I'm sure both parties and their lawyers knew that. I guess us, as fans were just naive to that fact, not anymore. At this point I hope the Rays sell to a good owner and to a city that wants them, and they live happily ever after.
