Assassins Creed 4 Legendary Ship Boarding Glitches

These are the strategies I use in a speedrun to defeat the four legdendary ship encounters without needing to spend a lot of time upgrading my ship. None of these strats are very consistent so a speedrun often dies at the first two ships.

Dude this worked like a charm did it my 3rd try the ships aligned perfectly was able to hop back and forth while the jackdaw was In the middle then just fired 2 cannons shots and done !

I wonder if like the sailing uses time dilation to make it more fun, bc ships move slow af when u not holding the wheel

For the el importa one (I know I spelt it wrong) but I can never get the ship to crash into me so I can get on

I just did it lastnight. Took me about 20 or more trys. You gotta time it just right

Why do you use the white tarped boxes to jump out of the legendary ships?

The ships have some weird invisible barriers around them that are can't be climbed. Back ejecting off these is one of the ways to get back over the invisible wall

No one knows why, it's just one of the weird things in the game.

with good upgrades yes, but in a speedrun you don't have anywhere near enough upgrades to fight them legitimately.

"Easier"? One of these legendary ships (forgot which) is OFTEN listed in videos about the hardest boss fights ever.

It's too easy get on legendary to Ship board glitches without battle the level 70 legendary ship
