Lol thanks. Seems I missed some audio in my editing but the final math ended up being 30% Love of Jehovah 30% Fear of Jehovah 30% Pity and 10% Love.
I do not recommend editing with on/off migraines and light sensitivity.

Hahaha thanks! It's a feature on my microphone that I've only used one other time but it's so funny. I have to add some levity to it otherwise it'll just be monotonous.
We just had this article reviewed at the convention this past weekend. One little girl answered that going to the beach was fun but we can always make time to tell people about Jehovah. Made me sad that a kid can't even enjoy a few hours at the beach without preaching. 😢
And I hope you're feeling better, I can't imagine life with migraines.
It really is so sad to hear that was the little girls comment. It's a never rest, always work, never good-enough type of organization.
Yes, I am feeling better today. Going to the Dr. tomorrow to see a neurologist and get a scrip so I can avoid all that pain. Nothing was working, ice masks, hot water bottles, eye/head massages, acupuncture points, over the counter headache pills, yoga poses. Nothing.

@@aBlackSh33p They're indefensible. Perfect Tower for the "Watchers" from The book of Enoch to perch. So much for watchtower and their little goat shaped Demons. Be careful if you have downloaded any of their programs or visited their site. They have a funny thing with censoring and tracking. Don't let them nest on your hard drive.

Thank you for your review. Have been feeling sad all day after hearing this morning meeting on zoom. Love is such a cheap word in the jw-cult. How dare they even say such a word when none of them have ANY love in them whatsoever. I hope you feel better soon
Sorry that you have to endure the meetings. I'm glad this review helped. They do cheapen the word. It's a shame because so many people there have a greater capacity to show love but are stunted and trained to keep it reserved because of the organization.

Aw! I’m sorry you also get migraines! I had a 5 day one last week.
Oh no! So sorry to hear that! Migraines are so debilitating. At one point I was walking in the house and had a slight moment of relief and just stood there. My husband was like "What are you doing?" and I was like "Leave me alone." and he was like "Stop. No one place in the house has a magic migraine safe zone." So I just cried. Lol. Finally feeling a bit better. I hope you are too.

Most of their words translate to guilt. It's a great way to trap people in a cycle of trying to makeup/appease their leader (s).

Yes it is. I was at least pleased the lady at the door was dressed nicely and polite, but they can't portray 'worldly' people in a positive way. They have to be mean, have substance abuse issues, violent, or sad and unfulfilled.
If they show happy worldly people, JWs might ask "Is this really the best life ever?"
In my congregation they fat shame all the time. This one Brother told me a long time ago, while eating at a pizzeria, "Is that Diet Coke? That better be Diet Coke." An grown man telling another grown man what to drink and what not to drink. Fucking ridiculous
@@mexicanson I used to be very thin so when I did start putting on weight a sister said "Oh, you're rounding out." I said "Yeah, Hips don't lie!" Because I'm not about to be embarrassed at a "gathering".

Babylon the Great in Revelation does not refer to 'other religions' Biblical Scholars say, but more likely to Rome. John of Patmos (different than John of the Gospel) may have been Jewish and angry about Rome's destruction of the Temple a few decades earlier, so the whore was Rome. 😢
I wish the Governing Body would give us another end-time date because they are such fun 😁 Noticed since '75 they've become very cautious and say silly things like Letts 2020, "We are in the final part of the final part of the last days."

I suppose they wrote it using the same spirit that the uninspired Governing Body use for Watchtowers.

Migraines are horrible and debilitating. I prescribe rizatriptan. Expensive, but it works.

Funnily enough. The verse stating the gospel must be preached to the whole world opposes the idea that the end is "near".
As of 2023 we know of 7,100 languages that currently exist.
The FULL bible has only been translated into 700 languages since the first century.
The new testament alone has only been translated into a little more than 1000 languages and individual books of the bible have been translated into around 3200 languages.
At the rate at which translations are going we got another couple centuries before the end.
Its funny they want to end to come quickly but it seems jesus gave a task that he knew would take an extremely long time. I mean think about it, jesus is asked in acts when the end will come and he says "it's not for you to know."
Jesus wants to save as many as possible. The very people that witnesses tell their members to stay away from are the people that jesus wants to save.
Also there's the fact that other denominations are far more efficient at sharing the gospel by an overwhelming margin. They cover more areas and have more members.

900 million protestants
230 eastern orthodoxy
62 million oriental orthodoxy.
I can remember explaining this to some jw's and they tried to dismiss it as a lie.
Acknowledging this would cause extreme cognitive dissonance in a believing JW. When I was a believing JW I actually prayed for like an extension from Jehovah because I didn't think it was going to be enough time to convert all the people I loved. Haha
