🔎 About socials:
If I tag socials, then this should be done for ALL players (without a single exception), and not just for one person. Socials of some players can not be found (players with default nicknames, some Asian players, etc). I am convinced that it's extremely dishonest to tag contacts of few people and not to tag all the rest, so there will be no social links in description.

Normally its -1 On block, but if the move hits late, it can be +2 due to the number of active frames the move has. since it came off Dash Fast Red Roman Cancel, it also left Nagoriyuki close enough to frame trap with C.s. you can also create a similar situation with Fukyo Meaty 2K, timing the Move to hit late for the plus frames, and the Momentum from Fukyo keeping Nagoriyuki Close enough to do either Bloodsucking Universe(Bite) or C.s.
TLDR: Yes it can Be Plus, but only if it hits late.

Well, it's an easy conversion with no use of blood, and one of Nago's best ways to regain blood. Not using it is an impossible challenge unless the opponent is going to run into 5H all day
