It’s not that I can’t do shadow work. It’s just I don’t know how to do it properly. I mean, I know how to tap into the conscious and subconscious aspect of it, but it’s just I really don’t know how to go deep into it. I thought about when I start working with Freya that she can help me with shadow work because I feel like she’d be good at that. Can you speak with Hel?
