Thanks for featuring our town! The fire was devastating, but our community is SO strong.

Is it better to hurry up and buy a house now or wait 6-12 months?

I was just working there cleaning up all the homes that burned down. Matter of fact, it’s right there where you’re walking

Moving from upstate New York to Louisville area around Denver in August my worry is the altitude coming from very low sea level to over 5k feet can you let me know how that is ?

You’ll likely die; just stay in NY. :)

Youre a handsome man but those earrings and the camouflage jacket just don’t match and it was throwing me off. Also, I wanted to see more of Louisville so I didn’t finish the video.

The video is way too frenetic and offers no sense of the charming, quaint, slow, small town feel I remember from Louisville while living in Boulder+ Denver for 5+ years in the 2000's. I would never move there based on this' virtual tour' which is essentially an advertisement for your Real Estate Co. You could film a beautiful, leisurely-paced video of the town, leave yourself/your business out of it for the most part, and I think it would be much more appealing and effective. But I am someone who has zero interest in buying anything from wordy salesmen, I know what I like when I see it.
