On the upside, my wife and I moved from LA, California to an area of Alpharetta within walking distance of the Art Center and downtown in 1993. On the downside, I didn't buy any Bitcoin when it was available at $.13 per coin. What is said in this video is accurate but there really are many, many more upsides related to living here. Even the 1993 version of Alpharetta made the area of LA we moved from look like a third-world country.

Yes, Alpharetta can get expensive on the property taxes. Fulton County is up there

Are they more then Tampa??

@@dariusparks3954 I’m not sure what Tampa’s tax rate is, but Fulton counties is .970%, which on a $600,000 house would equate to about $5800 a year. That doesn’t include any exemptions a person might have like homestead or senior. Cobb county just to the west is .730%. Then those numbers will be a little higher, if you were inside of a city limit
