Will it start? Jeep J20 sitting for a year with low compression?

Today on the channel we dig out one my personal favorite trucks I own. A 1979 J20 Jeep. It’s only been sitting a year but due to engine issues it might be interesting.

thats a virginia state inspection sticker.. i liive in va easy to spot there All those compression numbers are low or getting low. A health 360 should be 130-150 any lower imo its showing wear. My 360 in my 76 J10 is 150 accros the board with only 86k miles, my 90 grand wagoneer used to be 150 as well but its at 160k miles now and theyre all around 135.
The spring brackets being rebuilt is usually normal, they all rust out over time badly.. my 76 i had to rebuild them as well

yuppers, it came from VA before me. The engine is most definitely hurt, I have plans for a swap hopefully this summer! And I have heard alot about having to fix the spring brackets.
